Darren Le Baron offers a unique perspective in mycology, focusing on education and community development through mushroom cultivation. With over 13 years of experience he is known globally for his mycological educational programs and workshops, he launched the UK's first accredited Mycology and Mushroom Cultivation course for schools in 2021 and has expanded his initiatives in Europe, Africa, the USA and Jamaica, promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Errol McCollin is a pioneer in forging international relationships and success in the Caribbean, with 20 years of experience in start-ups, tourism, marketing, and wellbeing. His extensive knowledge and reputation as a trusted leader have built a strong, committed team and reliable network in the region.
